At The Village, we honor the power of music as part of life’s journey.
We believe music speaks to something deep within us, it helps align our breath, calm the mind, and finds rhythm in our hearts. Each teacher thoughtfully selects music to support the energy and intention of their class, drawing on their own style and intuition.
Music is more than sound; it’s a form of expression that connects us all. It can lift our spirits, ease tension, enhance movement, and support healing in ways words sometimes cannot.

YOGA
SLOW
In this format, students will be guided through a warm-up + 2 thoughtfully designed sequences that build body awareness and invite posture exploration. Each posture includes variations to help you discover ease or deepen your effort. The final third of class is dedicated to the teacher’s choice of core work, backbends, or a peak pose, followed by a series of yin postures and rest to allow the nervous system to absorb the intentional movements. This class is a precursor to FLOW & SWEAT, a similar format, but this class is fully guided. – Infrared Heated
FLOW
Bridge the gap between SLOW and SWEAT. The perfect blend of guidance and freedom. In this warm-up + 2 sequence class, each sequence will be repeated three times. The first lap will focus on alignment; the second lap will focus on breath and movement, and the final lap will allow students space to flow freely and tap into moving meditation. The final third of class is dedicated to the teacher’s choice of core work, backbends, or a peak pose, followed by a series of yin postures and rest to allow the nervous system to absorb the intentional movements. – Infrared Heated
SWEAT
Due to the open and self-guided nature of this class, prior physical Yoga experience is highly encouraged. A foundational SLOW or FLOW class is suggested.
This Vinyasa class is a moving meditation with inspired playlists designed to get you out of your head and into your body. Each class will begin with an awakening warm-up and 2 unique, breath-led sequences, curated by the teacher. After repetition of each sequence, you’ll be given the space to move freely at your own pace and explore your personal rhythm of the flow(s) within your own vessel.
The final third of class is dedicated to the teacher’s choice of core work, backbends, or a peak pose, followed by a series of yin postures and rest to allow the nervous system to absorb the intentional movements. – Infrared Heated
MOVEMENT
Ritual
A full-spectrum, music-driven experience that weaves breath, intention, Yoga, sound, and functional training into one seamless flow.
Guided by rhythm and sensation, each class begins with grounding breath-work and mindful Yoga movement to anchor you in presence. The Ritual then moves to build strength and vitality through functional training, think HIIT, Sculpt, & Pilates that move with the beat and the pulse of your own energy.
The journey closes with deep yin, a moment to soften, integrate, and return to the heart in rest. Village instructors bring their own authentic energy to every Ritual class, creating a unique experience each time. – Infrared Heated
RESTORE
YIN
This isn’t just a stretch… it’s a journey into your body’s hidden architecture.
In this traditional Yin Yoga class, we go beyond the muscles to target the deep connective tissues like fascia and ligaments.
By holding long, passive poses, we apply a healthy stress that scientifically helps to hydrate your tissues and release deep-seated tension. This practice shifts your nervous system from “fight-or-flight” to “rest-and-digest,” leaving you feeling profoundly calm, grounded, and balanced.
Non-heated: Please note that even though the heat is off, external temperatures can still raise the studio’s internal temperature.
