Sunday Sound Bath w/ Sarah Gardner

Sunday night is a threshold: The week behind you, the week ahead, and a brief window in between where you get to choose how you want to cross it.
This intentional pause is designed to help you inhabit that space fully.
Each session begins with grounding and gentle breathwork to help you downshift, followed by a guided body scan and an extended, immersive sound bath using Crystal Tones singing bowls. After the sound, we’ll slowly reintegrate into our bodies and the space with optional and intuitive movement.
During this hour, the layered tones and frequencies do the heavy lifting, guiding your brain and body toward slower, more restful rhythms without any effort on your part. Come as you are, get comfortable, and let the combination of stillness and sound do the rest.
A few gentle reminders for the most ideal experience:
Comfort is everything: Dress in whatever feels good. PJs are always welcome, and if you tend to get chilly, wear or bring an extra layer.
What to bring: Anything that will help you feel comfortable and relaxed for an hour on the floor including pillows, a blanket, fuzzy socks, an eye mask, and a water bottle. Most seasoned attendees bring a blanket and one or two pillows. If you’re prone to being cold, you will want to bring a blanket. The more comfortable you can be, the better this experience will be.
